Anne Robbins9 October 2026Recently traveled to Halifax and back with Straightline. From the online booking to text and phone messages plus a spotless and comfortable vehicle the whole experience was great. And of course Barry was pleasant and welcoming. I’m looking forward to my next trip and highly recommend using Straightline.Posted on Google
Gabriela Acosta8 October 2026I highly recommend StraightLine Shuttle to Yarmouth! The ride was smooth and luxurious with comfortable seats, leg room and a charging port in the center console. Our driver Barry provided outstanding customer service and was a pro at getting us to our destination efficiently. He was over-communicative, kind, and excellent company on a long ride from Halifax to Yarmouth. Being from the area, he was also an excellent tour guide sharing history and insights as we passed various landmarks. He was able to recommend several restaurants and sights to visit while we were in town. I was joined on the Shuttle by a couple who had ridden with him before and clearly loved working with him. Will be using their service again in the future!Posted on Google
john dix2 October 2026Barry, Was extremely thoughtful and very communicative with a tight schedule connection, and took out the anxiety. He provides an excellent and friendly service learned from years in the cruise industry where customer relations matter. Our car was very clean and comfortable and everything was on time. Congratulations and keep up the good work. J&C509 from FloridaPosted on Facebook

Marilyn was my driver from airport to Salmon River and back again a week later. She was professional, friendly and kind. I felt so safe with her behind the wheel and would highly recommend Straightline due in large part to this experienced driver! Barry was super friendly when I needed clarification at time of booking. Friendly, down to earth guy! Keep up the high standards and you will beat any competition in the area! Thanks again Marilyn and Barry!Posted on Google

Raquel Bejar2 September 2026Straight Line Shuttle provided truly outstanding service from beginning to end. Traveling can sometimes be stressful, but they made the entire experience completely smooth, easy, and trouble-free. What impressed me most was their excellent communication. I always knew exactly what to expect, and every interaction was friendly, professional, and reassuring. They were dependable, punctual, and made me feel completely taken care of throughout the journey. It is such a pleasure to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and understands how important reliability is when you’re traveling. Karin Starling1 September 2026**HIGHLY RECOMMEND!** After an absolutely abysmal experience with Tri Star Charters (check my Google review) for a trip down to Pubnico from Halifax, I had the polar opposite experience with the wonderful Straightline Shuttle for my return to Halifax. The owner Barry was so professional, friendly and warm, with a beautiful new and comfortable vehicle. Communication by text was excellent. Such efficient and kind service, Barry even dropping me near to my downtown hotel so I wouldn't have to pay so much for an Uber! (He usually just drops at the Halifax airport) Will absolutely use them again for my trip back next year, and can highly recommend this company for trips from the airport to Yarmouth and surrounds. Thank you Barry!!Posted on Facebook
Krista Harvey1 April 2026Barry and his team were amazing. I made several inquiries before I ever booked, and Barry was prompt to get back to me with all my questions. The day I landed, it was another stormy day, and Barry drove like a star, knowing that I am a nervous winter passenger. I would recommend using this service for a convenient and luxury ride to and from the airport.Posted on Facebook
Suzanne Renaud12 March 2026I recently used Straightline Shuttle and had a great experience from start to finish. The booking process was simple and straightforward, and the communication leading up to the trip was clear and helpful. Before arriving, the driver texted me when he was leaving and included a live map linked to his vehicle so I could see his exact location and know precisely when to leave the house. That level of communication made the pickup completely stress-free. The driver, Barry Thibeau arrived right on time, was professional and friendly, and made the entire ride comfortable. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like Kleenex and Wet Ones available on each door for passengers. The ride itself was smooth and efficient, and it was clear the driver knew the best routes to keep everything on schedule. While we were en route, he even called a taxi for me. The taxi showed up at the exact same time we did, and he helped with my luggage and made sure the taxi driver did the same before we left. Overall, the service was reliable, thoughtful, and very well organized. If you’re looking for a dependable shuttle service, I would definitely recommend Straightline Shuttle. Barry’s punctuality, communication, and attention to detail made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. #betterthanslicedbread #topnotchservice #Fivestar🌟 #straightlineshuttlePosted on Facebook
Kathryn Parkes-LaBarge23 October 2025straightline shuttle was beyond excellent! They are on time, beautifully clean vehicle, Marilyn is a superb driver and so friendly. They go above and beyond for service. I was the only one scheduled for pickup at the halifax airport so Marilyn called me the day before to arrange pick up as soon as my plane landed so I wouldn't have to wait around the airport. Amazing service. I loved the little extras like wipes and packets of kleenex for each passenger. I highly recommend their service, they will not disappoint.Posted on Facebook
Marla Childs25 August 2025My trip with Straightline Shuttle was a great experience from start to finish. The booking process was easy and straightforward with clear information on the pickup and drop off points. There was plenty of clear communication about any changes to pick-up and arrival times. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. Barry was friendly and professional, happy to drive quietly or chat depending on what you’re comfortable with. He’s also very knowledgeable about the area if you’re interested in recommendations or just want to know a little more about some of the sights along the route. Highly recommended and I will absolutely choose Straightline the next time I need a shuttle between Yarmouth and Halifax. 😊Posted on Facebook

Melanie Mosher20 April 2025Another great trip to Yarmouth and back. Thanks to Barry and Straightline Shuttle I was able to spend Easter with my mom. Barry is always courteous and friendly. Great to talk with. The vehicle is comfortable and clean. I like that he confirms by text the morning of the trip and lets me know when he is close to the pick up point.Posted on Facebook
Susan Clark-Gorham9 December 2024I will be recommending Straightline Shuttle to everyone. The service was professional and a great experience with easy conversion and updates along the way. Definitely a 5 star service!Posted on Facebook
Donna Wheelans14 October 2024I give Straightline Shuttle 5 stars. It’s an excellent service! It was my first time using Straightline and I was the only person booked for that particular trip from the Airport to Tusket. I phoned Barry to make sure the trip would actually go with only one customer. He assured me it would and it was the best trip ever. Barry is very organized and kept me posted about the time he would arrive and where to meet him. He also sent a live tracking link so I could see exactly where he was as he travelled to the airport. The van is beautiful with very comfortable seats and the trip was very pleasant with conversations about world travel and architecture. I would use this service again and highly recommend Straightline Shuttle.
